Welcome to High Sky Travel. By accessing or using our website and booking our vehicle rental services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Offered

We provide vehicle rental services including cars, SUVs, tempo travellers, and buses for:

  • Local travel

  • Outstation trips

  • Airport transfers

  • Corporate travel

  • Tours & group bookings

All services are subject to vehicle availability and booking confirmation.

3. Booking Policy

  • Bookings can be made via website, phone, WhatsApp, or email.

  • A booking is confirmed only after payment confirmation or advance deposit.

  • Customers must provide accurate travel details (date, time, location, passengers).

Incorrect information may result in delays or cancellation.

4. Payment Terms

  • Advance payment may be required to confirm booking.

  • Remaining balance must be paid before or at trip start (as agreed).

  • We accept online transfer, UPI, cash, or other approved payment modes.

  • Prices may vary based on distance, duration, tolls, parking, and extra hours.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation before 24 hours of journey → eligible for refund (if advance paid).

  • Cancellation within 24 hours → cancellation fee may apply.

  • No-show bookings are non-refundable.

  • Refund processing time may take 3–7 business days.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide correct pickup/drop details

  • Be available on time at pickup location

  • Maintain discipline during travel

  • Not damage vehicle property

Customers are responsible for any damage caused during the trip.

7. Driver & Vehicle Rules

  • Drivers follow traffic laws and safety regulations.

  • Driving routes are chosen based on safety and practicality.

  • Misbehavior with driver is strictly prohibited.

  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal activities inside vehicle are not allowed.

8. Extra Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Extra waiting time

  • Extra distance

  • Night travel

  • Toll tax, parking, state tax

  • Route deviation

These charges must be paid by the customer.

9. Delays & Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Weather issues

  • Roadblocks

  • Mechanical issues beyond control

  • Government restrictions

However, we will make every reasonable effort to provide an alternative vehicle if required.

10. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

  • Missed flights/trains/events due to delays

  • Loss of personal belongings

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

Customers are responsible for their luggage and personal items.
