Welcome to High Sky Travel (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a cab or using any service through our Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.


2. Services Offered

We provide a technology platform that enables users to book transportation services offered by independent drivers or fleet operators. We do not own or operate vehicles unless explicitly stated.


3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration and booking

  • Maintain respectful behavior toward drivers and support staff

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

  • Not misuse the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.


4. Booking & Ride Policy

  • Ride availability depends on location, demand, and driver acceptance

  • Booking confirmation does not guarantee immediate vehicle availability

  • Estimated arrival times and fares are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or route changes


5. Fare & Payments

  • Fares are calculated based on distance, time, demand, and applicable taxes

  • All payments must be made through approved payment methods on the Platform

  • Prices may change without prior notice due to surge pricing or operational reasons


6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Users may cancel rides, subject to cancellation charges, if applicable

  • Cancellation fees depend on timing and driver allocation

  • Refunds, if eligible, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe


7. Driver Conduct & Safety

  • Drivers are independent service providers

  • We encourage users to report unsafe behavior, route deviations, or misconduct

  • We may investigate complaints and take appropriate action, including driver suspension


8. User Conduct During Rides

Users must not:

  • Carry illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items

  • Damage the vehicle or engage in abusive behavior

  • Request drivers to violate traffic laws

Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply if the vehicle is soiled or damaged.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, or losses caused by drivers or external factors

  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific ride.


10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.


11. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.


12. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You engage in fraudulent or harmful activities

  • Required by law or regulatory authorities


13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or network failures.


14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.


15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
